About America First

America First is dedicated to spreading awareness about American values and supporting our veterans. 50% of merchandise proceeds and 100% of direct contributions go to veteran support programs and awareness campaigns.

Contributions

When you make a contribution to America First:

• Contributions are voluntary and non-refundable
• 100% of direct contributions go to spreading awareness and supporting veterans
• You will receive an email confirmation of your contribution
• Minimum contribution amount is $1 USD

Merchandise Purchases

When purchasing merchandise:

• All prices are listed in US dollars
• Prices may change without notice
• We reserve the right to limit quantities
• Shipping is currently available to US addresses only
• Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of America First or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, America First shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services.
