Merchandise Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer the following return policy:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • Items must have original tags attached
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at contact@seezoi.com with your order number
  2. Include the reason for your return
  3. We'll provide you with return instructions
  4. Ship the item back to us within 7 days

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@seezoi.com with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

Contributions

Contributions to America First are non-refundable as they go directly to supporting veterans and awareness campaigns. We appreciate your understanding and support.
